Grouts and Mortars

CEILCOTE offers a broad line of grouts and mortars to the industry. Having first developed Epoxy grout in 1956, CEILCOTE has continued to expand its grout product line to encompass a variety of Epoxy, Epoxy Novalac, and Vinyl Ester Resin-based grouts. We have recently developed a line of cementitous repair, shotcrete and multi-purpose mortars, as noted below:

CEILCOTE 164 GROUT- Chemical resistant Chlorendic Polyester for uses such as pump pads, chemical storage tanks, and structural steel supports.

CEILCOTE 165 GROUT- A blended, 3-component Vinyl Ester system for more severe chemical exposure. Suggested uses are: acid pumps, floor drains, and tank supports.

CEILCOTE 655 TILE GROUT- A chemical resistant Epoxy grout used as a bed and joint tile compound. This grout is particularly designed for the food process, brewing, dairy and beverage industries.

CEILCOTE 749 DP GROUT- A deep-pour grout, 3-component epoxy system designed specifically for virtually unlimited pour depths. It provides high flowability, high strength, and good adhesion to concrete and steel, while resisting chemical attack without compromising strength. Excellent for large rotating machinery such as pumps, turbines, compressors or equipment skids.
