PULSAtron Series A+

The PULSAtron Series A+ offers manual control over stroke length and stroke length as standard with the option to select external pacer for automatic control. Six distinct models are available, having pressure capabilities to 250 PSIG, and flow capacities to 48 GPD, with a turndown ratio of 100:1. Metering performance is reproducible to within +/- 3% of maximum capacity. Our guided check valves, with their state-of-the-art seat and ball designs, provide precise seating, and excellent priming and suction life characteristics. Out timing circuit is highly reliable and, by design, virtually unaffected by temperature, EMI and other electrical disturbances.
Series A+ pumps continue to meet their specifications for pressure and capacity even during extended use. That's because of our high quality solenoid and special enclosure that effectively dissipates heat. A straight flow path and ample clearance between the diaphragm and head enable standard PULSAtron pumps to handle viscous chemicals up to a viscosity of 1000 CPS. Agency Approved and water resistant for demanding outdoor and indoor applications.  Liquid end materials include glass-filled polypropylene (GFPPL), PVC, styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN), Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), PTFE, Hypalon®, Viton®, ceramic, alloys, and 316SS.

PULSAtron Series C+

Like the Series C the Series C+ offers manual control over stroke length
and stroke rate as standard with the option to select external pace for automatic control. The primary difference is the pressure rating. The Series C+ offers four distinct models with pressure capabilities
to 80 PSIG, and flow capacities to 30 GPD, with a turndown ratio of 100:1. Metering performance is reproducible to within +/- 3% of maximum capacity. Our guided check valves, with their state-of-the-art seat and ball designs, provide precise seating, and excellent priming and suction life characteristics.

PULSAtron Series E+

The PULSAtron Series E Plus pump features an automatic control available
with 4-20 mA DC direct or external pacing, with stop function. It also offers manual control by on-line adjustable stroke rate and stroke length. Series E Plus contains a highly reliable timing circuit as well as circuit protection against voltage and current upsets. This pump features solenoid protection by
thermal overload with auto-reset. Nineteen distinct models are available, having pressure capabilities to 300 PSIG @ 3 GPD, and flow capacities to 504 GPD @ 20 PSIG, with a turndown ratio of 100:1. Metering performance is reproducible to within +/- 2% of maximum capacity. As with Series E, our guided check valves, with their state-of-the-art seat and ball designs, provide precise seating, and excellent priming and suction lift characteristics. Our timing circuit is highly reliable and, by design, virtually unaffected by temperature, EMI and other electrical disturbances. A variety of chemicals can be pumped by Series E Plus such as glass-filled polypropylene (GFPPL), PVC, styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN), Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), PTFE, Hypalon®, Viton®, ceramic, alloys and 316SS.
